TASTING NOTES: Very aromatic, with notes of vanilla, black cherries, licorice and white flowers. For oaked grappa, they have an intense and extremely elegant aromatic structure, and the lengthy refining in barrels exalts the warm notes of vanilla and spices. Round and velvet on the palate.
On arrival at the distillery, our marcs are preserved with great care. The distillation takes place both in traditional “bainmarie” alembics and in vacuum stills, to extract the most delicate fruit and flower aromas. For oaked grappa, the ageing takes place in 225 lt French barrels for 12 months.
