PRODUCTIVE PROCESS
The grapes are late harvested in small crates and taken to our fruit stands where they are subjected to drying for about a month. Fermentation takes place in small dedicated tanks with two daily punchdown. The racking takes place by manual pressing

Aging in American oak barrels, then in the bottle
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Ruby red wine with orange hints. It offers aroma of dehydrated fruit, dried flowers, sweet spices and chocolate. Delicate balsamic hints. Soft on the palate but balanced by a pleasant freshness. Gentle tannins. Persistent and consistent closure in the mouth
