HISTORICAL AND TECHNICAL NOTES
This excellent blend is made from two of the best known Salento grapes; this time vinified as a Rose wine. The grapes are harvested during the month of September and then cold-macerated for 6-7 hours. Then the stalks are removed from the must and the wine is vinified in stainlesssteel.
An easy wine to taste; very suitable for both meals and as an aperitif; a great discovery for the young especaially during the long summers in Salento.
