PRODUCTIVE PROCESS
The grapes are cooled in a cold room at 4°C. A short cryomaceration and subsequent soft pressing follows. Vinification in thermoregulated steel tanks and then continue and finish in French oak barriques
AGING PROCESS
Short aging in wood, steel and finally in the bottle
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Brilliant golden color in the glass. The nose reveals first aromas of tropical fruits, then delicate hints of yellow flowers, sweet spices and a finish of honey and vanilla derived from oak. The sip is full and satisfying with the right balance of fresh savory and remarkable persistence
