ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
A bright straw lemon color wine. It reveals hints of yellow fruit, peach and plum, delicate floral touches and pleasant minerality. The sip surprises with its freshness and satisfying flavor. Final good persistence in the mouth

HISTORICAL AND TECHNICAL NOTES
A great classic of the Salento region; a lively and fresh white wine with superb balance and character. Famous throughout the world, here in Salento the Chardonnay has found a climate particularly adapted to its cultivation. The grapes are harvested during the month of August and then cold-macerated; the maturation is carried out in tempertaurecontrolled stainless-steel tanks.
