- Corerosa – Susumaniello and Primitivo Salento Rosé IGP
- Serenere – Malvasia Nera Salento IGP
- San Gaetano Primitivo di Manduria DOC – Primitivo di Manduria DOC Riserva
The tasting is paired with a platter of typical Salento cold cuts and cheeses.
