TASTING NOTES: A bright ruby red in colour with purple reflections; the nose is packed with aromas of wild plum, wild strawberries, blackberries and toasted notes. Harmonious in the mouth with elegance and warmth.
SANGAETANO Primitivo di Manduria DOP
TASTING NOTES: A deep ruby red colour with intense violet highlights. The bouquet is characterized by the balance of each of the elements being both elegant and soft. In the mouth it has excellent weight with soft and rich tannins and a finish redolent of vanilla and chocolate.
Vino dal colore rosso rubino intenso con riflessi amaranto. Al naso presenta frutti accattivanti di confettura di ciliegie e datteri, note di vaniglia e di liquirizia. Il palato è marcato da sentori di piccoli frutti rossi, succosi e maturi, e dalle sfumature dolci del legno. Caldo e di buona fragranza, con tannini grintosi e piacevoli. Perfetto come vino da meditazione e da… conversazione!
SELVAROSSA Salice Salentino Riserva DOP
TASTING NOTES: The colour is an intense ruby with scarlet highlights ; the bouquet has enticing notes of cherry jam , dates , vanilla and liquorice. On the palate red berry fruits dominate with undertones of toasty oak; the finish is warm and spicy with well-integrated tannins. Perfect as a wine of meditation.....and of conversation !
AMALUNA Spumante extra dry
TASTING NOTES: A shining straw gold in clour with a creamy white mousse and a fine and delicate sparkle. On the nose it is very floral with fruity notes, especially white peach, banana and pineapple; kiwi fruit and citron peel. In the mouth it is soft and flavoured with good balance and weight and pleasantly mineral in character.
SERRE Susumaniello Salento IGP
TASTING NOTES: A deep ruby red in colour with blue depths; on the nose the red fruits dominate with jam and notes of graphite pencil to finish. On the palate it shows a splendid balance between ripe fruit and minerality. An excellent long finish.
It should also be mentioned that Susumaniello grapes are particularly rich in anthocyanins which being anti-oxidants have numerous health benefits.
